About the job
The Vice President of Data and Analytics is responsible for building and leading the Data and Analytics organization. This includes building and mentoring the team, defining and executing our data strategy, overseeing the design and implementation of data infrastructure, and ensuring the effective utilization of data to drive business insights and decision-making. The Vice President of Data and Analytics will work every day to maximize the value of our data and analytics in our business.
As a Vice President of Data Analytics, you will:
  • Define and execute the enterprise data and analytics strategy and roadmap, aligned to business priorities
  • Establish data governance and standards to ensure trust, quality, security, and a single source of truth
  • Lead the transformation of a disparate data ecosystem into a unified, scalable enterprise capability
  • Oversee the design, implementation, and continuous optimization of data infrastructure and platforms
  • Drive executive alignment and adoption of enterprise data strategy and analytics across the organization
  • Partner with IT and business leaders to maximize the effectiveness and adoption of data tools and platforms
  • Measure and drive the impact of analytics initiatives, ensuring continuous improvement and business value realization
  • Lead and develop high-performing teams across engineering, architecture, governance, and analytics functions

Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics)
  • 10+ years of progressive leadership in data and analytics, including experience owning and delivering enterprise data strategy
  • Proven ability to lead enterprise-scale data and analytics transformation including strategy development and operating model evolution
  • Demonstrated success establishing data governance, improving data quality, and driving adoption of trusted data across the business
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior leaders and translate data into business impact
  • Experience building and leading global high-performing teams
  • Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution, bridging business and technical priorities
  • Equivalent combination of related education, training and experience may be considered in place of the above qualifications.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience serving as the senior-most data and analytics leader within a large or complex organization
  • Track record of modernizing multi-platform data environments and simplifying legacy data ecosystems
  • Deep expertise in enterprise data architecture, platforms, and advanced data management practices
  • Experience leading large, globally distributed teams (30+ professionals)
  • Experience developing and executing strategies across both structured and unstructured data
  • Recognized industry presence (e.g., speaking engagements, publications, or thought leadership)
