Description:

Fueling Success in this Role:

Join the fast-growing VP Racing Branded Retail team as our West Coast Sales Manager – Branded Division, where you’ll lead the charge in expanding VP’s high-performance brand across convenience stores, marinas, cardlocks, and retail fuel locations.

In this role, you’ll build strong relationships with fuel distributors, independent operators, and retail partners to deliver a branded image with an unbranded fuel program, a unique VP advantage that helps operators stand out and win more customers.

You’ll be the driving force behind new site growth, guiding prospects through the branding process, presenting our retail programs, and closing high-value partnerships. This position is ideal for a driven, relationship-focused sales professional who thrives on autonomy, strategic selling, and building long-term customer success.

What You’ll Do

  • Expand the VP Racing Branded Retail footprint across the West Coast region
  • Prospect, pitch, and close new branded retail opportunities across C-stores, marinas, cardlocks, and car washes
  • Partner with fuel distributors and independent operators to deliver VP’s branding and retail solutions
  • Develop strategic growth plans and manage a strong sales pipeline
  • Collaborate with leadership to influence marketing, branding, and business strategy
  • Represent VP Racing at industry events, trade shows, and partner meetings

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven B2B sales experience in fuel, convenience retail, or a related industry
  • Strong prospecting, presentation, and closing skills
  • Ability to work independently and travel within the region
  • A passion for building brands, creating partnerships, and delivering results
  • A self-starter who thrives in a high-performance, growth-focused environment

This position is remote and your state of residency should be in one of the following states: California, Washington, Nevada, Oregon, or Arizona.

Why Should You Join Our Team?

At VP Racing, we don’t just create high-performance fuels - we create high-performance careers. We hire people based on potential, not just experience, and believe in building a team that’s diverse, driven, and ready to push limits. At VP, we work hard and play hard, innovate boldly, and foster a fun, collaborative culture where teamwork fuels success.

High-Octane Rewards:

We offer a base salary for our West Coast Sales Representative – Branded Division of $80,000 - $90,000 (OTE $120,000-$150,000) based on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your well-being and future. Our benefits include health, dental, and vision insurance, a full suite of supplemental insurance options, and a robust 401(k) plan with a company match to help you build a secure retirement. We offer paid time off, so you have the flexibility to recharge and refuel. You'll enjoy a down-to-earth, casual work environment, along with a positive, team-oriented culture built on innovation, inclusion, and long-term success.
