Job description

A high-growth healthcare organization is seeking an accomplished SVP/VP, Finance to help shape the next phase of its growth.

This is a highly visible leadership role for a finance executive who thrives at the intersection of strategy, operations, analytics, and execution. The ideal leader will serve as a trusted partner to senior leadership, translating complex financial information into clear insights that drive better decisions and stronger business performance.

**Comp: $330 -$450K (base + annual bonus+ 20-30% in additional equity)

FULL REMOTE 

What Makes This Compelling:

• Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting process across a growing organization

• Partner directly with senior leaders across Finance, Business Development, Operations, and Clinical Services

• Own P&L performance, monthly variance analysis, and executive financial reviews

• Evaluate the financial impact of strategic initiatives and help turn opportunities into measurable results

• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing FP&A organization

• Optimize financial systems, data infrastructure, reporting, and processes for scale

• Present meaningful insights and recommendations to executive leadership and investors

• Play a key role in M&A, including buy- and sell-side diligence and transaction execution

• Help build the financial infrastructure and operating discipline needed to support continued expansion

The Profile:

  • We need a strategic, hands-on finance leader with 10+ years of FP&A or related experience, exceptional financial modeling and analytical capabilities, and a demonstrated ability to lead teams and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Healthcare experience is required, particularly for leaders who understand the economics and operational complexity of clinical and multi-site organizations.
  • Experience with M&A, transactional diligence, and investor-facing work is a significant plus.
