Description -

HP is a technology company founded on the belief that companies should do more than just make a profit. Having helped launch Silicon Valley decades ago, HP is making significant investments in technology innovation today across its diverse product portfolio to advance how people live and work. At HP, we envision a world in which technology serves and enhances lives everywhere. We know great ideas can come from anyone, anywhere, at any time-and that it takes just one to change the world. Responsibilities

  • Attract, build, and develop a high-performing team of Engineering Engagement and technical product leaders with diverse expertise, perspectives, and backgrounds.

  • Define and implement a stakeholder engagement model for the newly-established Engineering Engagement organization, serving as the single front door between CTO, Software organization and HP global business units for internal service requests.

  • Lead Engineering Engagement teams that own the end-to-end relationship with internal product and business stakeholders consuming software and platform engineering services, from intake and prioritization through delivery, adoption, and ongoing success.

  • Establish and drive clear engagement and escalation paths to ensure effective stakeholder alignment, issue resolution, and a high-quality internal customer experience.

  • Own stakeholder-aligned service delivery frameworks, including service level objectives, contract management, and governance processes that support scalable, transparent delivery.

  • Provide technical and operational leadership in shaping intake, prioritization, and delivery models for internal software and platform engineering services to enable scalable, high-quality execution.

  • Lead internal product management and portfolio prioritization for software and platform engineering services, including roadmap definition, prioritization, value articulation, and alignment across global business units, business needs, engineering capacity, and strategic priorities.

  • Develop and implement customer success strategies that use metrics-based frameworks to improve adoption, onboarding, time-to-value, value realization, training, and continuous improvement.

  • Build trusted executive relationships across product, engineering, and business leadership to ensure shared capabilities are aligned to enterprise priorities and delivering measurable impact.

Qualifications

  • Current or prior experience operating at the VP level within an established company

  • 15+ years of relevant experience in technology and/or product management roles, leading complex, cross-team initiatives, preferably including 8+ years of people management experience and 4+ years of product management experience supporting capabilities used by millions of users or $100M+ offerings.

  • Demonstrated success in defining and implementing software or platform engineering service delivery models for multiple internal stakeholders across product and business organizations.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to develop and deliver persuasive, senior-executive-level content.

  • Strong familiarity with technology, software, and AI ecosystems, as well as relevant industry trends.

  • Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build deep, trusted cross-organizational relationships.
