  • Define and track meaningful metrics related to engineering health, throughput, and operational performance.
  • Identify systemic bottlenecks and lead initiatives to improve efficiency and effectiveness at scale.
  • Support the CTO with data-driven insights on organizational health and investment priorities.

Vendor & Partner Management

  • Own strategic relationships with engineering tooling vendors, technology partners, and service providers.
  • Evaluate vendor performance, cost-effectiveness, and alignment with engineering needs.
  • Identify opportunities for optimization, partnerships, co-development, and external funding where applicable.
  • Ensure vendor decisions meaningfully improve developer productivity and organizational outcomes.
Skills we're looking for
  • Senior leadership experience in engineering enablement, operations, platform, or technology strategy roles.
  • Demonstrated success supporting large-scale engineering organizations (100+ engineers) in distributed environments.
  • Strong operational mindset with experience building frameworks, metrics, and repeatable systems.
  • Deep familiarity with modern engineering tooling, developer workflows, and AI-enabled development practices.
