Description:

We are seeking recent engineering graduates and early-career technical talent who are looking to begin their careers in product validation, reliability testing, and engineering support. This is an excellent entry point for individuals who want hands-on exposure to how products are tested, validated, and prepared for real-world use.

This role supports structured product reliability and durability testing programs, working closely with test and engineering teams. High-performing team members are often converted into Test Engineer, Quality Engineer, or Reliability Engineer-track roles upon full-time conversion.

 

About the Role

In this position, you will contribute to product durability and reliability validation efforts by executing structured test protocols that simulate real-world usage conditions. Your work helps engineering teams understand how products perform over time and under repeated use scenarios.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Execute standardized product durability test cycles following detailed test procedures and user-based instructions
  • Simulate repeated real-world usage conditions to support product reliability validation

  • Identify and escalate unexpected device behavior through formal observation tracking systems
  • Support engineering and quality teams by ensuring consistent, repeatable execution of test protocols
