What does a volunteering project manager do?

A Volunteering Project Manager oversees the planning, execution, and evaluation of volunteer-based projects or programs. They are responsible for recruiting, training, and supporting volunteers, as well as ensuring that projects meet organizational goals and community needs. This role often involves coordination between different stakeholders, managing budgets, and tracking project outcomes to ensure success.

How does a volunteering project manager typically collaborate with volunteers and other stakeholders to achieve project goals?

A Volunteering Project Manager works closely with both volunteers and organizational partners to ensure project objectives are met efficiently. They are responsible for recruiting, training, and supporting volunteers, while also maintaining clear communication with stakeholders such as non-profit leaders, community members, and sponsors.
