Job description

Make a difference.

As a Contract Recruiter, you will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment and will source, interview and recommend placement decisions for position openings in assigned region through the development of proactive and innovative Talent Acquisition strategies and methods, working closely with hiring managers and Human Resources professionals.

In this role you will:

  • Serve as Recruiter for position openings in assigned region. Partner with Director, Human Resources and/or hiring manager to develop recruitment strategies and sourcing tactics; will work collaboratively with hiring managers.
  • Manage the sourcing, recruitment, selection, offer, negotiation and closing components of full lifecycle recruiting.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with hiring managers, vendors, community organizations and other team members.
  • Utilize multiple creative techniques to identify and attract passive talent not limited to social media, networking, employee referrals and job postings.
  • Create and foster relationships with diverse professional organizations to increase diversity of candidate pool.
  • Assist in improving Company's overall recruiting effectiveness through technology tools and stronger hiring manager relationships. Stay apprised of trends and innovative recruitment techniques; suggest changes to improve current practices.

What you bring to the table:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in talent acquisition, HR, or related field
  • 4 year degree in Business, Human Resources Management or related field or equivalent experience preferred
  • Knowledge of recruitment methodologies
  • Demonstrated written and verbal interpersonal communication skills
  • Consultative skills to work closely with hiring managers at all levels
  • Ability to deliver results on multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately

Compensation Details: The expected pay rate for this position is $25.00 - $27.00 per hour depending on experience.
