Calling all Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs)

Opportunity Overview

We are actively seeking 2 CRNAs to join an inpatient surgical team in Hibbing, Minnesota. This role offers a great mix of independent practice with telehealth physician support, making it ideal for confident and skilled providers.

✔️ Open to local providers & travelers
ASAP start (post-credentialing)
⏳ 13-week assignment with strong extension potential


Schedule

⏰ Monday – Friday
6:45 AM – 3:15 PM (8-hour shifts)
No call responsibilities


Key Responsibilities

Provide anesthesia care across a wide range of surgical procedures
Work independently with remote MDA (telehealth) support
Manage 2–12 patient encounters per shift
Collaborate with perioperative and surgical teams
Document care using Epic EMR


Case Mix

Gain exposure to a diverse and balanced caseload:

✔️ General Surgery
✔️ Pediatrics
✔️ ENT
✔️ Orthopedics
✔️ Obstetrics
✔️ Urology
✔️ Vascular

No cardiac, neuro (except CEAs), or spine cases


Required Qualifications

NBCRNA Certified
ACLS & PALS certifications
Active state license (preferred or willingness to obtain)
Strong independent practice skills
