Job description

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Assists staff with interdepartmental errands.
2. Assists with clerical task by typing and filing patient folders, faxing, translating,
photocopying, and collating paperwork when needed.
3. Answers the telephone when needed and directs calls promptly, accurately and with
courtesy.
4. In times of emergency, holidays, or when there is a large customer workload, the
volunteer will assist in obtaining basic registration information.
