As our Producer on the Business Insurance team, you'll prospect, develop leads into qualified opportunities, recommend solutions to meet the clients' expectations, and manage the executive-level client relationships while appropriately delegating daily activities to practice group team-members as appropriate. - Bachelor degree preferred
- 5 years of external business-to-business (B2B) sales with demonstrated sales successes preferred
- Must be able to obtain and maintain P&C and/or Life & Health insurance license, and successfully meet all Continuing Education requirements for insurance license
- Highly motivated to generate and sell new business and ensure high rate of client retention
- Communicate and work effectively with other departments to meet the clients' expectations
- Possess excellent organizational, time management and presentation skills
- Balance the need to be assertive yet consultative with a positive and competitive attitude
