QUICK SUMMARY
We're looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst who enjoys solving complex business problems, improving processes, and making systems work smarter.
In this role, you'll partner with leaders across Finance, Operations, Accounting, Sales, and IT to improve and integrate critical business systems including ERP, CRM, MES, reporting platforms, and financial systems.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Analyze and document business processes across multiple manufacturing sites
  • Partner with Operations, Finance, IT, and business leaders to improve workflows
  • Support ERP, MES, CRM, and systems integration initiatives
  • Help drive process standardization and operational efficiency
  • Translate current-state processes into scalable future-state solutions
  • Support major business transformation projects

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, Finance, Operations, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 5+ years of Business Systems, ERP, or Business Analysis experience
  • ERP or Business Systems experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong process improvement and workflow documentation skills
  • Understanding of manufacturing operations and shop-floor processes
  • Ability to work with everyone from executives to production teams
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
