BCaBA Clinical Supervisor
In-Home ABA Services
Position Summary
The Clinical Supervisor (BCaBA) provides clinical oversight, supervision, and mentorship to Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians while ensuring high-quality, ethical ABA services for children and families. This position includes:

Compensation
$62,000-$68,000 annually with bonus opportunities
Salary is based on experience and qualifications.

Leadership Responsibilities
Clinical Leadership
  • Provide ongoing supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and ABA Therapists.
  • Conduct regular clinical observations and coaching sessions.
  • Ensure treatment integrity and quality service delivery.
  • Promote ethical, evidence-based ABA practices.

This role offers the opportunity to work directly with children and families in their homes while maintaining a manageable caseload and receiving ongoing collaboration and support from an experienced clinical leadership team.
Assessment & Treatment Planning
Conduct and oversee:
  • VB-MAPP
  • ABLLS-R
  • Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA)
  • Skill acquisition assessments
  • Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
  • Develop and update individualized treatment plans based on client progress and data.

Family Partnership
  • Conduct parent and caregiver training.
  • Collaborate with families to promote skill generalization.
  • Review treatment progress and recommendations.
  • Support families throughout every stage of care.

Clinical Documentation
  • Complete supervision documentation in accordance with BACB and funding source requirements.
  • Maintain timely clinical reports.
  • Ensure compliance with payer guidelines and organizational policies.

Team Development
  • Mentor new clinicians and provide clinical feedback and coaching.
  • Assist with onboarding and competency development.
  • Facilitate clinical training and continuing education opportunities.

Collaboration
Work alongside:
  • Clinical Director
  • Registered Behavior Technicians &ABA Therapists
  • Occupational Therapists
  • Speech-Language Pathologists
  • Schools and IEP Teams
  • Physicians and Community Providers

Qualifications
Required
  • Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) certification
  • Active Virginia Behavior Analyst License (or ability to obtain prior to start)
  • Minimum of two years of experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder
  • Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Commitment to ethical clinical practice
  • Reliable transportation
Preferred
  • Experience supervising RBTs
  • Experience conducting caregiver training
  • Leadership or mentorship experience
  • Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
