What You’ll Do
Design, implement, and oversee individualized, evidence-based ABA treatment plans.
Conduct behavioral assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS, etc.) and diagnostic evaluations.
Provide compassionate coaching, training, and supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
Collaborate closely with families and caregivers across home and community settings.
Maintain accurate, timely, and HIPAA-compliant clinical documentation.
Qualifications & Requirements
Certification: Current certification as a BCBA or BCaBA via the BACB (Required).
Licensure: Active State License
Experience: 1+ years of experience designing ABA programs and supervising RBTs preferred.
Mindset: Dedicated to ethical, client-centered care and family empowerment.
Clearances: Ability to pass a background check and maintain reliable transportation for local client visits.
