School-Based | Daytime Hours | New Jersey

We are actively hiring BCBAs and BCaBAs for school-based positions across New Jersey, including Rahway, Passaic, and Bergenfield.

The Role – School-Based Behavior Analysis (NJ)

This is a daytime, school-based position serving students in public and private school settings.

Responsibilities include:

  • Conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
  • Developing, implementing, and monitoring Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
  • Collaborating with CSTs, teachers, administrators, and related service providers
  • Supporting students across IEP-driven educational environments
  • Providing ethical, compassionate, and data-driven behavior support
  • Coaching and supporting school staff with practical, real-world strategies
