We are dedicated to improving the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities and their families through evidence-based interventions and individualized treatment plans. Our team of highly trained professionals is committed to delivering high-quality, compassionate care to our clients. Job Summary: We are seeking a full-time BCaBA to join our team and provide ABA services to children and adults with developmental disabilities. The BCaBA will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement behavior intervention plans, collect and analyze data, and provide ongoing training and support to clients and their families. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and passionate individual to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our clients. Responsibilities: - Implement behavior intervention plans developed by the BCBA - Collect and analyze data on client progress and behavior - Assist in developing individualized treatment plans - Provide direct ABA services to clients in various settings, including home, school, and community - Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure consistency and generalization of skills - Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior support plans as needed - Train and supervise behavior technicians and other team members - Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and services provided - Attend team meetings and participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities Qualifications: - Must be a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) in good standing - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field - Minimum of 1 year of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and implementing ABA interventions - Experience conducting functional behavior assessments and developing behavior support plans - Strong knowledge of ABA principles and techniques - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client homes and other community settings - Must pass a criminal background check and have a valid driver's license Benefits: - Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications - Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance - Paid time off and paid holidays - Professional development and training opportunities - Supportive and collaborative work environment If you are passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities and want to join a dynamic and growing team, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
