Location: 401 E Memorial Rd, Oklahoma City, OK 73114
Salary: $65,000 - $70,000 + bonus
Sign-On Bonus: $5,000
We're hiring a Board Certified assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to join our small, supportive center in Oklahoma City. If you want flexibility, manageable caseloads, and a team that values your voice, this is the place for you.

What You'll Do:
  • Conduct assessments and create individualized ABA treatment plans
  • Supervise BTs/RBTs and support families with caregiver training
  • Collaborate with Clinical Managers and other BCBAs to improve outcomes

Requirements:
  • Active BCaBA and LBA
  • Experience working with individuals with autism
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week), including flexibility for schedule changes to meet patient and staff needs
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders from diverse backgrounds
  • Experience and competency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with ABA data collection software preferred
  • Ability to successfully complete and pass background and reference checks, and a drug screen
