What You'll Be Doing:

  • Complete comprehensive in-home patient assessments
  • Manage patient comfort, symptom control, and pain relief
  • Develop and update individualized plans of care under physician orders
  • Deliver skilled, compassionate nursing care in the home setting
  • Document care accurately and promptly per clinical and legal standards
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives (QAPI)
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient support

What We're Looking For:

  • Current RN license in WA (or compact state)
  • BLS certification from AHA
  • Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
  • Strong critical thinking and independent problem-solving skills
  • Hospice agency experience preferred but not required
