Pay: $30.00 - $45.00 per Flag hour, Negotiable based on experience

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair.
  • Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency
  • Test drive vehicles, test components and systems
  • Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle systems
  • Communicate directly with the Service Advisor if any additional service is needed
  • Provide estimates of time needed for additional repairs
  • Ensure work is completed to quality standards and follows manufacturer's warranty specifications
  • Maintain detailed records of all repairs, parts used and services performed
  • Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Training and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of experience as a ASE or Volkswagen technician
  • Knowledge in all aspects of automotive repair and maintenance
  • Fast, eager learner and team player
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Computer skills and willingness to learn new problems
  • Ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
  • Clean driving record & valid driver’s license
