We are currently seeking an Experienced Parts Counter Person at Executive Volkswagen to join our growing team.

What You'll Do:

As a Parts Advisor at Executive Volkswagen, you will play an integral role in ensuring the smooth operation of the service and repair departments. Your primary responsibility is to manage the inventory and supply of automotive parts, serving as a key link between service technicians, customers, and parts suppliers.

  • Assist customers in identifying and purchasing the correct parts for their vehicles
  • Use electronic catalogs and software systems to locate part numbers and check availability
  • Monitor stock levels, receive shipments, and organize parts in the storage area
  • Place orders for parts not in stock and follow up on delivery timelines
  • Provide service technicians with the correct parts needed for vehicle repairs and maintenance
  • Handle returns, exchanges, and warranty claims for defective or incorrect parts
  • Maintain accurate records of parts transactions, inventory, and customer interactions
  • Coordinate with suppliers, service advisors, and other dealership departments

Keys to Success:

  • Previous parts advisor or parts counter experience (preferred)
  • Understanding of basic automotive components and systems
  • Automotive dealership service experience (a plus)
  • Any automotive certifications (a plus)
  • Acceptable driving record and a valid driver’s license in your state of residence
