As a Finance Manager at Norm Reeves Volkswagen Irvine, you’ll play a key role in delivering an exceptional Volkswagen experience for every guest. You’ll leverage your automotive finance expertise, strong ethics, and established relationships with lenders to structure deals and provide financing solutions that meet our guests’ needs.

We’re looking for a driven, competitive professional with excellent follow-through, attention to detail, and a commitment to guest satisfaction. This is an excellent opportunity to grow your career with a respected automotive group and experienced leadership team.

What You’ll Do:

  • Present and sell F&I products using a professional menu process, including Vehicle Service Contracts, GAP, and vehicle protection products.
  • Manage Contracts in Transit (CIT) and ensure deals are funded accurately and timely.
  • Work with Prime, Mid-Prime, and Sub-Prime lenders to structure financing and secure competitive approvals.
  • Review credit applications and ensure all lender stipulations and required documentation are collected and completed accurately.
  • Take ownership of the F&I process from A–Z, from deal structure through vehicle delivery and funding.
  • Maintain exceptional attention to detail, organization, and follow-through throughout every transaction.
  • Deliver a professional, transparent, and customer-focused F&I experience while maximizing product penetration and profitability.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, sales teams, and lending partners while representing the Volkswagen brand with integrity.
  • Demonstrate patience, professionalism, and strong communication when working with customers across a variety of credit profiles.

What You’ll Need:

  • A valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
  • Salesperson License
  • MINIMUM of 2 YEARS in a finance manager role
  • Ability to effectively rehash deals with Prime/Mid-prime/Sub-prime lenders
  • Ability to average OVER $1,800 PRU
  • Excellent organizational and follow up skills
  • Leadership skills in team-based and independent settings
