About Thyseed (USA)

Thyseed is a premium baby-feeding brand focused on helping parents through stressful feeding needs by bringing their babies high quality, trusted baby bottles and other feeding products. We are building our US business from the ground up and are looking for a hands-on content producer and social media manager who can help make Thyseed’s US content and social media presence be more local, authentic, useful, and emotionally relevant to parents.

About the Role

This role will lead Thyseed’s US social media content planning and creation, short-form video production, static asset production, product storytelling, and day-to-day social media platform management. This role is not just about posting content. It is about turning real parent problems into clear, relatable, and high-performing content.

You will help Thyseed communicate with US parents in a natural voice across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, Amazon, DTC, and other digital channels. The ideal candidate understands how to create content that feels native to all platforms, while still supporting business goals like brand awareness, product education, trust-building, and conversion.

Key Responsibilities

Content production

  • Create short-form video, written, and static design content for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Amazon, DTC, and other social or digital platforms.
  • Produce product demos, parent education videos, UGC-style videos, founder/team-style content, event recap videos, and simple lifestyle content.
  • Shoot, edit, caption, and package content in a way that feels natural for US parents and social platforms.
  • Turn Thyseed’s key product benefits into simple, parent-friendly written and video content, including on bottle acceptance, breast-to-bottle transition, feeding stress, latch, flow, anti-colic support, safety testing, and easy cleaning.
  • Repurpose content from KOLs, events, parent stories, reviews, and customer feedback into reusable social and ad assets.
  • Write ads, product pages, landing pages, and other brand materials.
  • Design static social media posts and other graphic assets.

Social media management

  • Manage Thyseed’s US social content calendar across all key platforms.
  • Write captions, hooks, post copy, and video scripts in a clear, natural US consumer voice.
  • Monitor trends, competitor content, parenting conversations, and creator formats that are relevant to baby feeding and new parents.
  • Publish brand-appropriate content and coordinate posting schedules with internal teams.
  • Help build a consistent social voice that is warm, helpful, credible, and parent-friendly.
  • Build online communities for feedback and engagement, develop online and offline events, and respond to user inquiries and comments
  • Collect parent questions, testimonials, objections, and content ideas from offline events and online community conversations.

Reporting and performance tracking

  • Track social media performance, including views, engagement rates, follower growth, click-through rate, and sentiment.
  • Identify which hooks, topics, formats, and messages perform best.
  • Prepare weekly content updates and regular performance summaries.
  • Share learnings internally so social content insights can improve DTC pages, Amazon messaging, creator briefs, PR angles, and future campaigns.

Success Metrics

  • Growth in social reach, engagement, and follower quantity and quality
  • Consistent production of high-quality short-form video content, written content, and static designs
  • Strong performance of key content themes and campaign assets
  • Reusable content for ads, DTC, Amazon, PR, KOL, and community channels
  • Improved US-native tone and relevance of Thyseed’s digital content

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in content creation, social media management, short-form video production, copywriting, graphic design and other digital content.
  • Experience working with consumer brands. Baby, parenting, wellness, beauty, health, family, or premium lifestyle experience is strongly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, creator trends, and US social media behavior.
  • Strong video production skills, including planning, shooting, editing, captioning, formatting, and designing digital content.
  • Strong writing and static design skills with the ability to create clear hooks, captions, scripts, landing pages, and social copy.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment with a multicultural, international team.
  • Able to manage multiple content projects, deadlines, shoots, edits, and feedback rounds at the same time.
  • Experience with basic editing and content tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, Canva, Figma or similar tools and able to produce content from start to finish.

How to Apply

Please submit your resume and a short note explaining why you are interested in helping build Thyseed’s US brand. Also include your portfolio with examples of social media content, short-form videos, UGC-style content, brand campaigns, landing pages, and graphic designs you have created or managed.
