Compensation: $30/hour, paid weekly

Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and driven Social Media Coordinator to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing engaging social media strategies that align with our brand's goals. This role requires a strong understanding of social media platforms, content creation, and digital marketing trends to enhance our online presence and foster community engagement.

Pmac’s Hospitality Group is a Manhattan-based family of bars and restaurant establishments known for creating unique dining and nightlife experiences. With a growing portfolio of brands, we are looking for a creative and organized Social Media Coordinator to join our marketing team.

The Social Media Coordinator will be responsible for managing Instagram and TikTok accounts for 4–6 hospitality brands at a time. Working as part of a dynamic team of four, this individual will play a key role in shaping the voice and online presence of Pmac’s Hospitality venues, ensuring each concept’s brand identity is showcased effectively across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and curate content for assigned Instagram and TikTok accounts (4–6 brands).
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute content calendars.
  • Write engaging captions and ensure consistent brand messaging.
  • Schedule and publish posts, stories, reels, and videos on a regular basis.
  • Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and foster community growth.
  • Track performance metrics and assist in preparing reports on engagement, reach, and trends.
  • Research social media trends and apply best practices to increase visibility and growth.
  • Coordinate with in-house teams and external vendors (photographers, influencers, etc.) as needed.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in social media management, preferably in hospitality, food & beverage, or lifestyle industries.
  • Proficiency with Instagram and TikTok, including posting, reels, stories, and analytics tools.
  • Strong writing, captioning, and storytelling skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to juggle multiple brands while maintaining distinct voices and aesthetics.
  • Creative mindset with an eye for visual content and brand identity.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to meet deadlines.
  • Flexible schedule with availability for occasional on-site content capture in Manhattan.
