WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH
The Global Jordan Digital Marketing team drives the brand's digital offense-integrating media, social, and owned platforms to connect Jordan to the next generation of Defiant Ones. This role reports to the Senior Director, Global Jordan Digital Marketing, manages two Social Media Leads and a Social Agency of Record, and partners cross-functionally across Global Brand, Creative, and Geography teams.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We're seeking a strategic, passionate social media expert with deep fluency in digital, social, emerging platforms and trends. The ideal candidate combines analytical rigor with creative instinct and excels at architecting global frameworks and strategies, leading partners, and translating cultural energy into actionable social media plans. This person understands how Social, Paid Media, and Communications work together and can drive alignment across those disciplines to maximize impact. You're a collaborative leader who thrives in fast-paced, matrixed environments, balancing long-term brand building with short-term campaign performance.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training
  • 10+ years of relevant industry experience
  • Extensive experience leading multi-million-dollar integrated media strategies across brand and performance marketing
  • Proven success managing global agency relationships and high-visibility campaigns
  • Skilled at navigating complex cross-functional teams, balancing creative, data, and business needs
  • Exceptional communicator with the ability to distill complexity and drive clarity

WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON
You'll lead the Global Jordan Brand's social strategy and presence defining how we show up across every platform, partner, and moment that moves culture. You'll translate audience insights into integrated plans that amplify campaigns, impact culture, and elevate how Jordan connects with the next generation.
  • Define and evolve the Global Jordan Brand social strategy, including audience segmentation, seasonal priorities, campaign insights, and measurement approaches.
  • Assess the youth, cultural, and platform landscape to uncover emerging trends, behaviors, and opportunities for brand growth.
  • Direct the Social Agency of Record, setting priorities, managing scope, and ensuring work advances Global Jordan Digital and brand objectives.
  • Oversee implementation of the Global Creator Strategy, providing governance, performance oversight, and market enablement to drive consistent execution and impact globally.
  • Develop a channel architecture that defines the role, purpose, audience, and success metrics for each social platform within the Jordan ecosystem.
  • Build operating models that connect Social, Paid Media, and Communications teams around integrated planning, activation, and performance measurement.
  • Partner with Geos to localize global strategies, enabling market-led innovation while maintaining a consistent Jordan brand voice.
  • Serve as the voice of social across brand planning, creative development, and leadership forums, ensuring consumer and platform insights inform key decisions.
