Job Summary:
Credit Control, LLC. is an award-winning company recognized for its workplace culture. They are seeking a highly skilled System Administrator to manage internal systems, support users, and contribute to infrastructure and security initiatives.
Responsibilities:
• Maintain, monitor, and optimize physical and virtual server infrastructure (Windows/Linux).
• Administer Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and related core services.
• Support and improve virtualization environments (VMware, Hyper-V).
• Perform routine patching, backups, and system health monitoring.
• Provide Tier 2/3 support for service desk escalations.
• Create and maintain system documentation and SOPs.
• Assist with endpoint management and software deployment.
• Coordinate with security teams on vulnerability remediation and incident response.
• Participate in after-hours upgrades, maintenance windows, and on-call rotations.
Qualifications:
Required:
• 5+ years of experience in system administration roles in enterprise environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, OR relevant certifications in lieu of a degree.
• Windows Server & Linux administration
• Virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V)
• Networking fundamentals (VLANs, TCP/IP, Firewalls)
• Backup and disaster recovery systems
• Scripting (PowerShell, Bash)
