Job Title: Window VMware system administrative
Location: Miami, FL (Onsite/Only local)

Job Type: Contract

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and support Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 environments.
  • Manage VMware vSphere, ESXi, vCenter, and virtual machine lifecycle.
  • Install, configure, patch, and maintain Windows servers.
  • Administer Active Directory, Group Policy (GPO), DNS, DHCP, and IIS.
  • Perform VMware provisioning, VM migration (vMotion), cloning, snapshots, and resource optimization.
  • Monitor system health, performance, capacity, and availability.
  • Perform server patching, upgrades, and vulnerability remediation.
  • Manage storage, backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity solutions.
  • Troubleshoot Windows, VMware, networking, storage, and virtualization issues.
  • Automate administrative tasks using PowerShell scripting.

Required Skills

  • 7+ years of Windows Server Administration experience.
  • Strong experience with VMware vSphere, ESXi, and vCenter.
  • Hands-on experience with Windows Server 2016/2019/2022.
  • Expertise in Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, IIS, and PowerShell.
  • Experience with VMware HA, DRS, vMotion, Storage vMotion, and VM provisioning.
  • Experience with enterprise backup solutions such as Veeam, Commvault, or NetBackup.
  • Knowledge of SAN/NAS storage technologies.
