We are currently seeking a skilled and dependable Installation Technician with experience in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and takes pride in delivering high-quality work on commercial construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Install and assist with the setup of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in accordance with project plans and specifications
  • Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents to ensure accurate installation
  • Perform system checks and troubleshooting to ensure functionality and code compliance
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and field personnel to meet installation schedules
  • Adhere to all safety regulations and company protocols
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and workspaces in clean, working condition
  • Provide excellent customer service on job sites and represent VMG professionally
Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of hands-on MEP installation experience in commercial or industrial settings
  • Working knowledge of HVAC systems, ductwork, piping, and/or basic electrical components
  • Ability to read and interpret construction documents and blueprints
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • OSHA 10 or 30 certification is a plus
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions and physical environments
