Relevant Exp (Yrs) >6 Years

Necessary Skillsย 

Broad UX project team experience working with other interaction designers, visual designers, editors and usability engineers, as well as an understanding of other team members' deliverables and processes within a user-centered design model

Ability to collaborate well with business and technology partners

Experienced interpreter of visual style guides and creating assets consistent with company brand standards as well as established industry best practices(Must have working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite6 (Photoshop & Illustrator)

Experience in usability design, navigation design, online content organization, IA/taxonomy creation and search optimization; knowledge of web usability principles, with professional designation a plus

Strong attention to detail with respect to creating design deliverables and assets

Excellent interpersonal communication, problem-solving and issue-resolution skills

Mobile web and downloadable app design experience preferred.

Desired Skills

Project management skills a plus.

Financial Services industry experience preferred.
