Fabletics is seeking a passionate and driven Assistant Store Manager, Visual Merchandizing for our Fabletics Retail Store at Chandler Fashion Center in Chandler, AZ!!

The general purpose of this role is to create a unique and impactful shopping experience at the Fabletics retail stores while understanding the importance of a strong branded environment to support business objectives. This role is responsible for preserving brand consistency and standards thru merchandising and product management. You will collaborate closely with your Store Manager to create a best-in-class employee environment thru coaching, training, and implementation while delivering an exceptional and one-of-a-kind customer experience.
How you'll play to Win
  • Act as a liaison of communication between corporate direction and store level execution. Responsible for the visual impact by following, interpreting, and translating corporate direction while remaining consistent with weekly, monthly, and seasonal brand direction.
  • Manage the brand aesthetic so that appropriate substitutions and adaptations can be made to merchandise presentations, interior displays, fixture placement, and mannequin styling based on product ownership, business needs, and store specific architecture.
  • Communicate & partner with HQ Visual teams to plan, oversee, and execute product placement, fixture layouts, displays and window installations for any corporate floorset roll outs (monthly/seasonal).
  • Conduct in-store trainings using VM tools & resources to develop and elevate store talent.
  • Identify and follow up of preventative store deficiencies including broken/chipped fixtures & mannequins, paint, façade damages, lighting issues, overall fixture needs etc.
  • Reinforce back of house organization, maintenance, and cataloguing of all visual props, mannequins, and fixtures; ownership of all physical merchandise inventory from initial delivery to RTW (inbound/outbound product).
  • Participate in corporate/field leadership visits with ability to present and discuss any visual successes and/or opportunities within your location.
  • Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.

Deliverables:
  • Identify opportunities and develop solutions that will help drive business results for your location.
  • Analyze inventory of key categories and communicate any product needs in the areas of depth and assortment to Store/District Manager.
  • Utilize sales reports to track, analyze, and react to business trends, ensuring store meets or exceeds financial plan and payroll goals.
  • Partner with HQ teams to hindsight any opportunities or successes of corporate marketing, product, or visual merchandising initiatives.

  • Ability to understand and interpret merchandise presentation direction that can support high volume and flagship stores.
  • Strong strategic planning and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize to deadlines with agility and nimbleness.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail with an entrepreneurial disposition.
  • High level leadership skills with the ability to communicate effectively and graciously with all levels within the organization (corporate office and field leadership).
  • Strong influencing, problem analysis, and decision-making skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365, Adobe Creative Suites, Mac iOS

Qualifications & physical requirements:
  • Flexibility to work on and off peak hours including weekends and overnights.
  • Able to safely lift/move 50 lbs.
  • Comfortable with heights and climbing ladders.
  • Able to stand and stretch for extended periods of time.

Education and experience required:
  • Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a comparable retail environment with a focus on visual merchandising.
