Compensation:This position is hourly. The anticipated base pay compensation range for this role is $20.15 to $25.20 per hour.

Position Details:
Onsite Services Crib Associates (OSCA) perform warehouse and inventory management responsibilities and functions to support inventory integrity, order processing - picking, packing, staging, and shipping, and general maintenance and housekeeping responsibilities to provide a safe and clean work environment. You will report to On-Site Service Manager.
You Will:
  • Receive product from multiple sources including Grainger competitors; put away product and maximize cube space
  • Process backorders to fulfill customer orders and meet order ready times
  • Picks & stages customer orders to achieve our goals and Customer expectations
  • Pick and prepare orders for customer. (**tracking items removed from crib**)
  • Perform inventory counts to ensure inventory accuracy
  • Grounds keeping and trash collection/disposal to provide a clean appearance for customers and employees
  • Support customer service by assisting customers picking up and loading product
  • Resolve customer problems promptly in a manner to retain and promote customer loyalty

You Have:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years of experience in related field
  • Lift 25 to 60lbs
  • Operate computerized scanning equipment and PC based programs including SAP
  • Customer service and sales growth oriented
