We offerโ€ฏcompetitiveโ€ฏpay and bonus package that includes:โ€ฏโ€ฏ 

  • Starting compensation of $52,900.00 during training ($25.44/hr.) plus anโ€ฏannual bonus opportunity of 10% of your base pay and other eligible earningsโ€ฏโ€ฏ 
  • Potential to increase their total compensation to $61,700.00 within their 1st year upon obtaining the required licensing and achieving performance-based pay increases:โ€ฏโ€ฏโ€ฏ 
    • $54,900.00 baseโ€ฏ($26.40/hr.)โ€ฏโ€ฏ 
    • 10% bonus opportunity depending on individual/corporate performanceโ€ฏโ€ฏโ€ฏ 
    • Evening, overnight, and weekend shifts include up to 20%โ€ฏadditionalโ€ฏcompensation, dependent on shift.
