Job Description
Internal sales partner to an external regional sales director.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
  • Engage financial advisors via phone, email, and webinars to develop/maintain relationships to position Virtus products/solutions.
  • Run analysis for external partner/advisors via Morningstar and other internal resources.
  • Identify sales opportunities via CRM/Power BI and other data sources.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and other Virtus resources for idea generation and problem-solving.
  • Document CRM.

Ideal Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree with 3-6 years of related experience.
  • FINRA Series 7 and (66 or 63 and 65).
  • Ability to solve complex problems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strict and demanding deadlines and priorities that are subject to change.
  • Proficiency in MS Outlook and SalesPage.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, superior sales skills, and an excellent client service aptitude and attitude.

The base salary range for this role is $60,000 to $75,500 and will vary by state location.
The starting salary offer will vary based on the applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity, and alignment with market data. This position is also eligible to participate in an incentive plan.
This position requires U.S. citizenship or lawful permanent residency (Green Card holder) as a condition of employment. We are unable to sponsor work visas or provide support for OPT/CPT programs for this role.
