Shift: 1st shift 8 am to 5 pm.

Job Summary:

The Account Manager Workforce Health (WFH) is a business and strategy expert in the field of employer services. The focus of this position is building positive client relationships, ensuring high client satisfaction and patient experience within operational effectiveness. The WFH account manager actively collaborates with client stakeholders - including insurance brokers, third party administrators, employers and other client vendors to build a strong working relationships. This includes the development, coordination, and implementation of contracted services for employers and promotion/sales of employer services, with an emphasis on Occupational Health. As a WFH team member, the manager proactively collaborates with other WFH departments to identify, upsell, cross sell, and assure renewal opportunities with clients. Collaborates closely with clients to promote and retain positive client relationships and acts as a trusted advisor, inspiring confidence to support mutual objectives with WFH.

EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION:

A minimum of 5 years of employer/employee client management or related experience is required.

Experience with analytically challenging projects, market analysis, healthcare analytics and communication/facilitation of other information.

Experience in strategy development, enhancing client management/relationships, business, and insurance broker or business is preferred.

EDUCATION DESCRIPTION:

Bachelor's degree in health administration, Business Management, or related degree is required.

Master's degree is preferred.

TRAINING DESCRIPTION:

Experience/training related to client/project management and relationship building.

Microsoft office suite experience, CRM software experience, excellent presentation skills (verbal, written, virtual, in person, etc.), ability to succeed/excel in a virtual environment.

Epic experience desirable.

SPECIAL SKILLS DESCRIPTION:

Must demonstrate knowledge and experience in data analysis and reporting.

Must demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Excellent verbal, written communication skills, facilitation, and presentation skills.

Must be meticulous with the ability to synthesize information from multiple sources; comfortable providing input and alternate views in a constructive way.

Basic working knowledge of healthcare law and contracting.

Working understanding of sales and a business development function.

Experience working with marketing and communication teams in support of strategic initiatives.

Serves as a resource to staff collaborating with clients.

Works as a team member to assure accurate and valid processes and outcomes are delivered to meet/exceed contracted employer expectations.

Required to conduct client meetings virtually and in person at client locations - working to provide information in a positive, professional manner.
