Job description

E-Logic is seeking a Live Streaming (Line) Producer to coordinate and execute live virtual events and streaming productions supporting the U.S. Department of State. The ideal candidate will manage production logistics, coordinate talent and stakeholders, and ensure successful delivery of live broadcasts across multiple digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate live streaming events from planning through execution.
  • Support virtual productions using Zoom, Microsoft Teams, WebEx, and Google Meet.
  • Assist with production scheduling, post-event reporting, and stakeholder coordination.
  • Monitor social media and digital engagement during live events.
  • Collaborate with production crews and on-camera talent.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred in Communications, Multimedia, Broadcast Production, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of live production or digital media experience.
  • Experience with virtual meeting platforms, livestream production, and social media.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Public diplomacy or federal communications experience.
  • Experience supporting executive-level or live government events.
Work Location

Washington, DC (Department of State Headquarters and Annex 5). Primarily an on-site role supporting live event production. Evening, weekend, or extended hours may be required.
