RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Meet and greet customers in the dealership
  • Answer and route incoming calls and take messages
  • Provide basic information to customers who have general inquiries
  • Prepare sales and service gas tickets for the accounting department
  • Calculate the customer’s bill using the dealership’s computer system
  • Handle customer complaints with integrity and poise

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Ability to work 3pm-9pm Mon-Thurs and Sunday 11am-5pm
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Accounting/Cashier background required
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Superior customer service skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent

The hours are 3pm-9pm Monday thru Thursday and Sunday 11am-5pm.
