POSITION: Evening & Weekend Sales Director
LOCATION: 100% Remote
COMPENSATION: $36K base + uncapped commissions (avg $100K-$150K+)
REQUIREMENTS: 2+ years B2C high-ticket phone sales experience
BENEFITS: Health stipend, company-paid supplemental coverage, 401(k) match
SCHEDULE: Rotating evenings/weekends (you'll know your days off in advance)

Your Schedule (MST):
You’ll typically have 25–35 hours of booked talk time per week, each pre scheduled set is 2-hour appointment blocks. This turns into 11-12 hours of Talk time for pre set. This does not include live transfers.
When not on a call, your time is flexible — you just need to stay reachable within 5 minutes during your shift for any incoming live transfer. You have to be ready for a video call to be on a live call in front of computer within 5 mins during set hours.
