Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and versatile professional to join our team in a combined role of Analyst and Trainer . The ideal candidate will play a key role across the project lifecycle—from requirements gathering and testing to end-user training and adoption support. This is a remote (US only) position supporting an IT investment and portfolio management initiative.

This individual will support a high-impact project leveraging: ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) Proven Optics Capital Planning and Investment Control (CPIC) Application Proven Optics Technology Business Management (TBM) Cost Modeling Application Key Responsibilities As an Analyst: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and refine requirements Develop process documentation, user stories, and business workflows Support configuration decisions aligned with best practices in IT portfolio and financial management As a Tester: Develop and execute test plans and test case scenarios Validate system functionality, reports, and dashboards Identify and track defects, and support remediation efforts As a Trainer: Design and deliver training materials, including user guides, video walkthroughs, and SOPs Facilitate virtual and live training sessions for end-users and stakeholders Provide ongoing user support and promote platform adoption Required Skills U.S. Citizenship OR Permanent Resident Active Public Trust or higher clearance 3+ years of experience as an Analyst, Tester, Trainer Experience documenting functional and technical requirements into User Stories and Expected Results Experience developing Test Plans, test cases, and tracking issues Demonstrated ability to test systems against documented requirements Design and deliver training materials, including user guides, video walkthroughs, and SOPs Facilitate virtual training sessions for end-users and stakeholders Extremely well-developed organizational, time management, and analytical skills Strong attention to detail and documentation skills Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical information This position allows you to work remotely from within the United States only.
