This remote position allows our therapists to work from the comfort of their homes while connecting with clients via our secure Simple Practice platform. Therapists are expected to conduct virtual appointments, which requires proficiency with video conferencing tools and a commitment to maintaining client confidentiality through secure messaging. The clinic provides all necessary resources and support to facilitate effective virtual therapy sessions, enabling therapists to focus solely on client care.

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to understand clients' mental health needs.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that reflect the unique circumstances and goals of each client.
• Deliver evidence-based psychotherapy using techniques tailored to clients' specific conditions.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes in accordance with ethical standards.
• Provide ongoing support through regular virtual sessions, ensuring clients feel heard and validated.
• Participate in telehealth meetings and training sessions, collaborating with other mental health professionals to enhance service delivery.
• Engage in continuous professional development and contribute to team discussions focused on improving therapeutic practices.

The Mental Health Therapist position primarily serves a broad spectrum of clients, including teens, adults, and couples. Our diverse client population includes individuals facing anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, trauma, and more. Therapists are encouraged to leverage their expertise to foster positive client relationships and contribute to improved mental health outcomes within the community.

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage/Family Therapy.
• Current licensure as an LPC, LCSW, or LMFT in the state of Texas.
• Proficiency in treatment planning and mental health counseling.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, particularly in a virtual setting.
• Experience in delivering psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and groups.

• At least two years of post-graduate experience in a mental health counseling role.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote counseling practices.
• Experience working with varied mental health disorders and treatment modalities.

• Annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 110,000, dependent on experience and qualifications.
