Position Overview:
St. Thomas University invites applications for a full-time, on-campus Assistant Professor of Education. The successful candidate will teach undergraduate, master's, and doctoral education programs, delivering instruction both face-to-face and online. We seek a dynamic educator committed to teaching excellence, student mentorship, and scholarly engagement who will contribute to the growth and distinction of our education programs.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Teach a variety of undergraduate, master's, and doctoral courses in education, utilizing both in-person and online modalities.
  • Develop and deliver engaging, student-centered instruction using innovative and evidence-based teaching methodologies.
  • Advise and mentor students at all program levels regarding academic progress, research, and career development.
  • Participate in curriculum development, program assessment, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Engage in scholarly activities, including research, publication, and presentations appropriate to rank.

Qualifications:
