This role focuses exclusively on geriatric clients, addressing their mental health needs as they cope with significant life transitions, losses, and the various psychological impacts of aging. You will provide critical support to older adults facing challenges such as cognitive decline, loneliness, and adjustments to new living requirements or health statuses. Your expertise will not only help improve their mental health outcomes but also enhance their overall quality of life.

• Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution or university.
• Current and valid License as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC).
• Strong foundation in geriatric mental health, with additional training or specialization in aging-related issues highly preferred.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience providing counseling services specifically to elderly individuals dealing with a range of mental health challenges.
• Demonstrated understanding of telehealth technologies and online counseling best practices.
• Experience in developing and leading therapeutic groups for elderly populations.
