Key Responsibilities
  • Create individualized treatment plans based on thorough assessments and initial client evaluations.
  • Conduct therapy sessions with individuals, couples, families, and groups using a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.
  • Maintain accurate, confidential clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to collaborate on comprehensive client care strategies.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices and advancements in mental health treatment.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse clientele facing a range of mental health challenges, including, but not limited to, stress management, anxiety, depression, workplace conflicts, and life transitions. Your therapeutic interventions will focus on empowering clients to develop coping skills and resilience while navigating their personal journeys toward mental wellness.

Qualifications
  • A Master’s Degree in Counseling or a related field is required.
  • Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.
  • Strong knowledge of state laws and regulations concerning clinical practice.
  • Ability to pass a background check and uphold the highest standards of client confidentiality.
Preferred Experience
  • A minimum of one year of clinical experience working with psychiatric patients or individuals with substance use issues.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in assessment, diagnosis, and providing individual and group therapy.
  • Experience utilizing digital tools and software for clinical documentation and teletherapy services.
Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is competitive, set between USD 75,000 and 90,000 annually, reflecting your level of expertise and experience.
