• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to understand each client's mental health challenges, creating tailored treatment plans.

• Deliver teletherapy services, facilitating virtual counseling sessions that accommodate clients' needs and preferences.

Our client base encompasses a diverse array of individuals seeking support for various mental health issues, including trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges. As an LMFT, your role will involve building a secure therapeutic rapport with clients, facilitating effective communication, and fostering a nonjudgmental space for healing.

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, allowing for the establishment of a trusting therapeutic relationship with clients.
• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a nonjudgmental attitude towards clients' experiences.
• Effective organizational and time management skills, enabling the successful handling of caseloads and administrative responsibilities.

• Experience providing teletherapy or remote counseling services is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic techniques and modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and family systems therapy.
• A background in working with clients facing substance use issues, trauma recovery, or other specialized areas of mental health can be an asset.

• The annual salary for this role ranges from $70,000 to $100,000, contingent on your experience and qualifications.
