Job description

Position: Customer Engagement & Sales Specialist
Location: Onsite Houston, TX
Status: Open

Key Responsibilities:

  • Initiate customer interest in new residential solar systems

  • Handle inbound inquiries and qualify leads

  • Guide customers through the initial solar sales process

  • Educate customers on product benefits including rooftop solar systems and battery storage

  • Explain billing and service-related inquiries

  • Conduct outbound follow-up calls to warm leads

  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned

Scheduling & Coordination Duties:

  • Schedule on-site or virtual solar consultations and site assessments

  • Coordinate with technicians, consultants, and project teams for seamless handoffs

  • Monitor scheduling queue and optimize appointment slots

  • Provide timely updates to Sales and Product teams
