Job description

At Steadfast Health we're a on a mission to deliver hope, healing, and long-term health to those experiencing substance use disorder, through best-in-class addiction treatment and an unwavering belief that lasting recovery comes from partnering with our patients as respected equals in their care journey. ย We're a passionate team striving to raise the standard of compassionate care for our patients, and we know that to do that, we must care for our people first. We'd love to meet you and tell you about what we're building!ย

This Roleย ย ย

We are seeking a mission-driven Behavioral Health Supervisor to join our founding Raleigh team as a player/coach: a hands-on clinician and people leader in one. When our clinic opens in August, you'll start with a caseload, delivering the same whole-person, trauma-informed care you always have. As we bring on additional therapists, your caseload will step down and your leadership scope will step up. We anticipate our first therapist reporting to you in November, with more joining as our census grows. This is a genuine growth path: come in doing the clinical work you love, and build the supervisory practice that will define your future here.

At Steadfast Health, we believe that clinicians shouldn't have to choose between patient-centered work and their own mental and financial wellbeing. That's why we're doing things differently, through an integrated, evidence-based behavioral health model that deeply supports both patients and clinicians. For our clinicians, that means compassionate, expert clinical support, competitive compensation, caseloads that prioritize quality over quantity and preserve time for recovery, generous and flexible time off policies, and financial investment in your ongoing professional development.

Base salary range:ย $80,000 - $95,000, plus monthly performance incentive of 5% of base salary, tied to clinic-level KPI attainment and a $2,000 sign-on bonus.

Location: 3284 Barrett Dr., Suite 310, Raleigh, NC 27609 until about December when our new location will be open at 3540 Maitland Dr #102, Raleigh, NC 27610

Schedule: This role follows theย anticipatedย schedule ofย Monday - Friday, 8:30a - 5:00p EST with one work from home day. Please note that this schedule may evolve based on organizational needs, and flexibility may be required as Steadfast Health continues to grow.ย

  • Manage clinician caseloads and ensure that behavioral health staff are adhering to treatment plans.ย

  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions for patients with substance use disorders, both in-person and via telehealth, embodying the Steadfast patient-first ethos.ย
  • Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans, modeling a non-paternalistic and destigmatizing approach to patient care.ย ย ย
