This role offers a fully remote work setting, allowing the LCSW to effectively engage with clients from the comfort of their homes. • Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnostic evaluations via telehealth platforms to understand clients’ mental health needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices, ensuring alignment with ethical and legal standards.
• Engage collaboratively with students, parents, and educators to set treatment goals and monitor progress, ensuring accountability and transparency in the therapeutic process.
• Utilize telehealth technologies to maintain client engagement, offering interventions such as counseling sessions, crisis intervention, and psycho-education.
• Document client progress meticulously, maintaining confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA and organizational policies.
• Submit timely billing and ensure insurance compliance in all aspects of service delivery.
• Participate in regular professional development sessions and trainings to enhance therapeutic skills and stay informed on the latest mental health research.

The LCSW role primarily serves students in various educational settings who face diverse mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment issues. • Must possess a Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution and hold a valid LCSW license.

• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, along with strong interpersonal abilities to build rapport with clients and families.
• Self-motivated and capable of managing time effectively while working independently.

• Previous experience in a school setting and understanding of school-based mental health contexts.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth software.
• Background in developing and facilitating group therapy or workshops for students.
