• Deliver virtual counseling services through secure telehealth platforms to a diverse array of clients, focusing predominantly on students and their families.
• Provide individualized counseling sessions that address various social and emotional issues, including anxiety, depression, peer relationships, academic pressures, and stress management.
• Develop tailored treatment plans in collaboration with clients, incorporating evidence-based therapeutic approaches and continually adapting strategies to meet evolving needs.
• Utilize virtual platforms effectively to conduct therapy sessions while ensuring client confidentiality and maintaining a professional environment.
• Track client progress rigorously, utilizing assessment tools and feedback mechanisms to adjust therapeutic approaches as needed, reinforcing clients’ paths toward improvement and goal achievement.
• Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team of professionals—including psychologists and educational specialists—to ensure comprehensive care, facilitating referrals and consultations as necessary to enhance client support.

Your primary focus will be on school-aged clients and their families, addressing a range of mental health needs. This includes working closely with students who may be dealing with academic stress, family dynamics, social integration, and other challenges typical in the school setting. Your role will be to empower these individuals by providing tailored support and guidance to help them thrive both academically and personally.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.
• An active LCSW license in the state of California is required.
• A minimum of three years of experience in clinical practice, with a strong emphasis on virtual counseling environments.
• Familiarity with assessment methodologies and proficiency in medical terminology related to behavioral health.
• Deep understanding of therapeutic modalities such as behavioral therapy and applied behavior analysis is essential.
• A well-equipped home office with reliable internet, telecommunication capabilities, and appropriate technology to conduct virtual sessions effectively.

While a minimum of three years of experience in the field is mandatory, candidates with additional qualifications or specialties—such as trauma-informed care, child and adolescent development, or school counseling—will be viewed favorably. Experience with teletherapy tools and platforms will also enhance your candidacy.
