What you will do:

QXO is looking for a Virtual Sales Representative to manage and grow a defined book of SMB customers. This role is perfect for someone who loves consultative selling, building long-term relationships, and owning the full sales cycle.

Manage and deepen relationships with assigned customers Understand customer needs and deliver value-driven solutions Own the virtual sales cycle from discovery through follow-up Identify opportunities to grow accounts and expand share of wallet Partner with branches and field teams to support customer success

What you will bring:

2-3 years of inside/virtual sales or account management experience Strong consultative communication and relationship-building skills Experience with Salesforce (or similar CRM) Ability to work onsite in Coppell, TX

Qualification Enhancers: Experience managing a book of business Background in customer retention and account growth Building materials industry experience
