Job description

The Retail Pharmacy Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily non-clinical operations of the retail pharmacy location. This role works in conjunction with the Pharmacists to ensure that the Pharmacy is operating efficiently, in compliance with laws/regulations, as well as serving the needs of our customers. This includes supervising pharmacy technicians, managing workflow, ensuring compliance with SOPs, maintaining inventory, supporting training initiatives, and upholding a high standard of customer service. This role plays a key part in fostering a culture aligned with the company’s core values: Customer Service, Teamwork, Dedication, and Respect.

MOST IMPORTANT TASKS FOR THE ROLE:

  • Supervise & Support Pharmacy Technicians
  • Monitor daily workflow
  • Manage Inventory
  • Schedule staff and regular staff meetings

Hours for this position:  Mon. - Fri. 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. 

Store Hours:  M-F 9:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. and Sat.  9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
