Product Development & Enhancement*** Lead end‐to‐end product development, including business case formulation, business requirements definition, and user journey design.* Develop comprehensive Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and work closely with Technology to ensure alignment and sign‐off of Functional Specifications Documents (FSDs).* Maintain consolidated project plans, ensuring effective tracking of issues, risks, dependencies, change requests, budget, financials, and resource planning.* Ensure product solutions meet regulatory, risk, operational, and compliance standards, partnering with Technology and Operations to deliver scalable, robust platforms.**3. Portfolio & Lifecycle Management*** Drive commercialization efforts across the full product lifecycle, partnering closely with Sales, Client Segments, Operations, and other stakeholders.* Monitor product performance, profitability, operational metrics, and market competitiveness.* Oversee pricing models, fee reviews, governance materials, and product documentation.* Continuously enhance product capabilities and client experience through feedback loops, analytics, and market insights.**4. Commercialization & Client Advocacy*** Support Sales and Relationship Managers in client engagements, pitches, solutioning discussions, and RFP responses.* Work with Marketing & Communications to produce client‐facing materials, product brochures, and go‐to‐market content.* Drive rollout of new and enhanced solutions across overseas branches and subsidiaries.* Promote adoption and revenue growth through internal training, market education, and structured communication plans.**5.
