*Location Requirement: Candidates must live within commuting distance of Scottsdale, AZ, and be available to work from our office two days per week (Tuesdays and Wednesdays). This is a hybrid role that combines in-office collaboration, remote work, and frequent travel as needed. Travel of up to 75% is required.

The Surgeon Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, prospecting, interviewing, and hiring qualified physician candidates while achieving goals established by the Vice President of Medical Administration and Chief Medical Officer. This role plays an integral part in managing the full recruitment lifecycle and ensuring all aspects of the hiring process are executed efficiently and with a strong sense of urgency.

The ideal candidate will have experience recruiting Plastic Surgeons, Cosmetic Surgeons, and General Surgeons and will be skilled at building relationships, developing talent pipelines, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle to attract, engage, and hire top physician talent while balancing urgency, complexity, creativity, and cost.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process, ensuring a positive and professional experience from initial outreach through onboarding.

• Develop and maintain physician talent pipelines through professional associations, conferences, networking events, Doximity, Salesforce, and other sourcing channels.

• Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment data within Salesforce and other tracking systems, generating required reports and documentation.

• Prepare offers, develop closing strategies, negotiate compensation packages, and coordinate contract execution.

• Continuously improve recruiting processes to reduce time-to-fill while maintaining a high-quality candidate experience.

• Stay informed on market trends and develop creative sourcing strategies to identify and engage qualified physician candidates.

• Represent Sono Bello professionally and promote the organization as an employer of choice.

• Assist with the planning, coordination, and attendance of local and national physician conferences and recruiting events.

• Communicate professionally and diplomatically with candidates, hiring leaders, and internal stakeholders at all times.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field, or equivalent recruitment experience.

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience required.

• Experience recruiting physicians, surgeons, or other healthcare providers strongly preferred.

• Experience supporting national, multi-state, or virtual recruiting efforts preferred.

• Demonstrated success in sourcing, engaging, and closing highly sought-after talent.

• Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems, CRM platforms, and recruiting technologies.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word) and database management systems.

• Strong organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

• Proven ability to build credibility and strong partnerships with hiring managers and senior leaders.

• Experience creating, implementing, or improving recruiting tools and processes.

• High level of professionalism, discretion, confidentiality, and business acumen.

• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and support projects outside the primary scope of the role.

• Ability to travel up to 75%.

• Regular and predictable attendance required.

Compensation

We value the contributions of our team members and offer a competitive compensation package. The salary range for this position is $75,000-$100,000 annually, plus bonus opportunity. 

Placement within the salary range will be determined based on factors such as experience, qualifications, skills, and overall fit for the role.
