Client Services Associate - Wealth Management

We are expanding our footprint and looking for a driven Client Services Associate to serve as a primary touchpoint for our high-net-worth clients. This hybrid role offers direct mentorship, clear pathways for long-term career growth, and the flexibility of working both in-office and remotely.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Act as the dedicated point of contact for client inquiries, onboarding, and ongoing account maintenance.
  • Prepare, process, and track crucial financial paperwork, including new account applications and asset transfers.
  • Coordinate and schedule client review meetings, managing advisor calendars to maximize efficiency.
  • Maintain flawless, compliant client records within the firm CRM and internal databases.
  • Collaboratively resolve complex operational issues with custodians and third-party vendors.
