Our team is seeking an accomplished Technical Team Lead, Software Engineer to join our team in supporting multiple software products and brands across the organization. You will have a direct impact on highly visible Apartments.com web applications that touch millions of users. You continuously learn emerging technologies and architecture advancements and apply the learnings to improve Apartments' software products. You'll work with Engineering Leaders and Product Managers to scope and refine changes to the Payments product - turning feature requests into clear technical plans, then landing them quickly and safely. You'll bring a growth mindset, continuously developing your team's capability, adopting new tools, techniques, and AI to raise the quality and pace of delivery. You'll develop a deep understanding of the Payments product - guiding technical decisions, challenging assumptions, and representing the team confidently. Prior payments experience is a plus. This position is located in Irvine, CA and is in office Monday through Thursday with work from home on Friday. Basic Qualifications Bachelor's Degree required from an accredited, not-for-profit, in-person college/university A track record of commitment to prior employers 10+ years of development experience Experience in Web based and Database technologies Solid web development and troubleshooting skills Solid experience with the following technologies: C#, ASP.NET, SQL/Postgres Experience in developing Server Side Rendered and Single Page Web Applications Experience in fast paced Agile Scrum environments.
