Executive Assistant
Location: Cleveland, Ohio

Position Summary
The Executive Assistant provides confidential, high-level administrative support to the President & CEO and assists senior leadership as assigned.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the CEO's calendar, appointments, meetings, travel, and event scheduling.
- Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, reports, correspondence, and briefing materials.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, expense reports, and registrations.
- Maintain confidential records, files, and communications.
- Conduct research and assist with special projects as assigned.
- Assist with internal and external communications, including media coordination and press release distribution.
- Provide administrative support to the Board of Directors and Board Committees.
- Maintain office supplies, purchase orders, and administrative office operations.
- Prepare operational and financial reports as assigned.
Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of 4 years of executive administrative support experience.
- Ohio Notary Public certification, or ability to obtain certification.
- Valid Ohio driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and virtual meeting platforms.
- Strong written, verbal, proofreading, and presentation skills.
- Experience learning and utilizing new software platforms and technologies.
- May have exposure to animals, shelter environments, and varying noise levels.
